Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. She was just 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. She came back in 2015 and continued from the point where she had left competing in top competitions like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her initial show for several years and set higher goals every year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to finish her college degree. Her return came in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The show was a success and she placed third. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and was crowned 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very proud of the result. Ariel was competing against some of the most top athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel enjoys working out on the lower part of her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. First, she warms up prior to moving onto exercises. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
